1. Reservations and Payment
- A valid ID and contact information are required at the time of booking.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation, depending on the rate plan
selected.
- Accepted payment methods include cash and mobile money.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: From 9:00AM
- Check-out time: By 9:00PM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

- Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and may result in full or
partial charges.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
- Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or damage to property may result in eviction without
refund.
- Smoking is not allowed only.
5. Children and Extra Guests
- Children are welcome. Please inform us in advance if you require extra beds or baby cots.
- Additional guests may incur extra charges and must be registered at reception.
6. Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
7. Liability
- Royal Blue Guest House is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests are advised to use in-room safes and secure their valuables.
8. Damage and Loss
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their
stay.
- Charges may apply for repair or replacement.

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including
natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies.
