Frequently Asked Questions

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00AM, and check-out is by 12:00PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and mobile money. Payment is due at check-in unless prepaid online.
Are children and extra guests allowed?
Yes! Children are welcome. Extra guests may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you need extra beds or baby cots.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Do you offer parking?
Yes, we provide limited parking for guests. Please let us know in advance if you’re arriving by car.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Absolutely! Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the guest house.
Do you serve meals?
Yes, we offer breakfast (8:00AM to 11:00AM) and meals on request / nearby dining options are available. Please ask at reception for details.
Is laundry service available?
Yes, we offer laundry services for a small fee. Please inquire at reception.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

Royal Blue Guest House is located at Marsly Close - West Fijai (Behind Fire Service). We’re close to Ghana Nation Fire Service.
