Cancellation Policy for Royal Blue Guest House

Effective Date: 20th December, 2025

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while helping us manage our rooms efficiently.

1. Standard Bookings
- Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in will incur a charge equal to one night’s stay.
- No-Show: If a guest does not arrive and has not cancelled, the full booking amount may be charged.

2. Group or Long-Stay Bookings (3+ rooms or 7+ nights)
- Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 7 days before check-in to avoid charges.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking.
- No-Show: Full booking amount may be charged.

3. Non-Refundable Rates
- Bookings made under a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or modified. Full payment is required at the time of booking and will not be refunded.

4. Modifications
- Date changes are allowed subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.
- Rate differences may apply for modified bookings.
